Speak Words Of Life

(Proverbs 21:23) “Watching what you say can save you a lot of trouble.”

(Proverbs 18:8) “The words of a talebearer are as wounds, and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly.”

(Proverbs 15:4) “Kind words are good medicine, but deceitful words can really hurt.”

(Hebrews 11:3) “By faith we understand that time was created by the word of God, so that what is seen was made from things that are invisible.”

How did God Create all we see around us? It was just by the power of His speech. We are created in His likeness and image and therefore we also have the power to create life in the spiritual through our words. We can either build or destroy anything we want in life, just by declaring it in prayer and confessing it with our mouth. I’m not talking about positive confession or ignoring the problems we are facing.

The devil and life’s problems won’t simply disappear by ignoring them. No one got anywhere by ignoring a problem. However, by actually acknowledging them and then canceling the power and influence they have over us, we can change our future. Once we are able to see things clearly we can declare God’s promises over those problems in the supernatural and watch them disappear.

Words can either wound or heal. Choose to heal your future and wound the plans of Satan against you. Don’t worry about defending your past anymore by constantly bringing it up and justifying it. If God can forgive and erase your past, He can also defend you and make sure people only focus on the amazing new life in abundance Christ now gives you.

The way to know who God approves of in your life is to see who treats you the way He does. In other words, they forget your past mistakes and desire for you to prosper. Don’t make the mistake of trying to please those that are not willing to change their opinion about you or see you the way God sees you.

If you truly want to forget about something, stop talking about it and stop reminding others about it as well. God has canceled all your sins at the cross and will not bring them up again. Then why do you insist on reminding Him and the devil of your past mistakes?

You can’t stop people from shooting at you because of your past failures, but you don’t have to provide them with the ammunition.

• Jesus, You are greater than Jonah. You are greater than Solomon. You are greater than all.
• Thank You, Father, that we are made in your image and likeness.
• Thank You, that we have supernatural power in our words.
• Forgive us for using this power to destroy lives instead of building them up.
• Forgive us for ignoring our faults and mistakes thinking they will simply vanish.
• Give us today the wisdom to use our words to build a bright future for us and those we love.
• We cancel right now every destructive word we have spoken over us and we replace them with Your promises.
• Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be pleasing to You oh Lord.

• We ask in Jesus’ Mighty name. Amen
